IN-STORE PICKUP
When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your order from our store. When you complete your payment we will send you an email order confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up.
Please note that only the person who placed the order may pick it up. When picking up your items, you’re required to supply a copy of your order, NRIC and credit card used to make the purchase. (If you pay via FPX, your credit card is not required).
DELIVERY (CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE)
We deliver to your home or office via our dedicated courier. Your items will be delivered in three (3) working days after order is made.
The delivery fee is at a flat rate of MYR9.50 per order.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges will apply.
At the moment, we support local delivery (Miri, Sarawak, MY) only. Any delivery outside of Miri will not be delivered.
